Return and Refund Policy
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on the Resturix device. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with the device's performance.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return under our satisfaction guarantee, you must initiate the return within the 90-day period. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure all original accessories and packaging are included if possible.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@resturix.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically personal care goods (e.g., replacement pads or gels) that have been used in an unsanitary manner. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
