Order Processing Time Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process, quality-check, and pack your order before it is shipped.

  • Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time estimates below.

Shipping Times To ensure we can offer you the most competitive prices, we utilize our strategic logistics centers located in Asia. While this allows us to pass significant savings on to you, it does mean shipping may take a little longer than domestic mail.

Here are the estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7-15 business days

  • International: 9-18 business days (Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays)

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

  • Note: It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Why Shipping Might Take Longer In rare cases, external factors beyond our control—such as customs inspections, severe weather conditions, or global logistics disruptions—may cause slight delays. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Resturix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For US customers, orders under $800 usually do not incur duties, but please verify with local regulations.

Lost or Stolen Packages Resturix is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
